About Chatpattey coconut Kebab
This kebab is made from vegetables immersed in dried coconut and fried in a pan until crisp. Served with pine nut sauce and hint of mint.
Ingredients
3 Carrots
2 potatoes
100 g spinach
50 grams green coriander
3 green peppers
Teaspoon of red pepper powder
Teaspoon black pepper
Teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
3 eggs
3/4 cup refined flour
300g dried coconut
Pine Nut Sauce:
3 tablespoons pine nuts
2 tbsp minced ginger
Mint leaves the quantity we want
2 tablespoons corn flour
How to prepare
Chatpatay Coconut Kebab
1. Boil all vegetables and mash
2. Put all spices and mix.
3.Make tikkis of the mixture.
Boil them first with a mixture of refined eggs and flour, then dried coconut.
4. Finally fry them and bring them with pine sauce.
the sauce:
1. Crush the pine nuts. Add the ginger, mint and red pepper and crush them together.
2. Cook them in water for five minutes.
3. Add cornflour for thickness
