About Potato Mushroom Kebab

Kebab made with mushrooms and potatoes and coated with a rich flavor. This easy-to-use mouth-watering recipe can be served with pickled mango sauce.

Ingredients

For kebabs:

Half a kilo of potatoes
25 grams of mushrooms
25 grams paneer
One piece of chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
Teaspoon chopped coriander
Teaspoon chopped green pepper
3 pieces of star anise
Teaspoon of onion seeds
2 tsp cumin seeds
Tablespoon lemon juice
8 red peppers
A teaspoon of turmeric powder
Salt food by Duke

About the mixture:

250 grams flour
Teaspoon of red pepper powder
teaspoon cumin powder
half teaspoon chrome seed

For pickled mango sauce

150g pickle mango
2 teaspoons red pepper powder
Table salt according to your duke
2 cloves garlic
1 boiled potatoes
2 lemons

Prepare mushroom potato kebab

Prepare kebabs

1. Boil potatoes over low heat.
2. When the potatoes boil, place them in the rest of the ingredients.

Prepare the mixture

1. Add a glass of water with flour and mix with red chili powder, salt, cumin and vine seeds.
2. Place the kebabs with the mixture and cook over low heat until the color becomes light golden.

Prepare pickled mango sauce


1. Add mango pickles, red pepper powder, salt and garlic in warm water.
2. Put it on the heat until it boils.
3. Add boiled, mashed potato for thickness.
