About Murg Palak Ke Korma

There are variety of kebabe dishes, but the taste of Murgh Palak ke korma Kebab is simply scrumptious.

This succulent tikkis are amazing in taste. They are made of chicken mince, spinach, and assorted masalas.

Also, the salsa served with the tikkis or Kebabs is just delectable.

The chutney is very famous for its taste. It is sour and spicy yogurt chutney.

You can own the Kebabs with sweet date salsa.


Ingredients

500 Gram Chicken leg (boneless)

100 Ml Oil

4 Onions, chopped

1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

1 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tsp Chilli powder

1 tsp Coriander powder

6 Tbsp Yogurt

2 tsp Salt

1 Bunch Spinach, shredded

2 tsp Ginger, chopped

1 tsp Green chilli, chopped

4 tsp Fresh coriander

2 tsp Fresh mint, chopped

2 Tbsp Ghee

1 tsp Garam masala powder

3 Tbsp Chana dal powder, roasted

For Hung Yogurt Chutney:

10 Tbsp Hung yogurt

To taste Salt

2 tsp Fresh mint, chopped

1 tsp Green chilli, chopped

1 tsp Cumin powder, roasted

100 Gram Cream

For Dates Chutney:

30 Dates (seedless)

2 tsp Ginger, chopped

2 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Whole masala (cardamom, bay leaf and cinnamon)


How to prepare Kebab


1. Clean the boneless chicken leg properly and cut into small dices and keep it aside.

2. In a pan heat some oil. Add half of the chopped onion, saute till golden.

3. Add chicken, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, black chilli and coriander powder.

4. Cook for five minutes then add yoghourt, salt and cook till the chicken is tender.

5. the chicken is cooked , so keep it aside and let it cool down And fry spinach pieces

6. Take the chilled chicken and mince it nicely by your hand.

7. Add Mashed onion and ginger and half the green chilli, coriander, half the mint, ghee, garam masala powder, sauteed spinach and roasted chana powder

8. Mix well and then make small tikkis. Pan fry on very slow flame.

Prepare Hung Yogurt Chutney

1.Whisk the hung yogurt properly.

2.Add, salt, remaining . mint, green chilli, roasted cumin powder and cream.

3.Make nice 3 and spicy salsa and serve with kebabe.

Prepare Dates Chutney

1. Cut and cook the dates on a medium flame with .
